• Results of the second round

  This weekend was a busy weekend for the Maraboes. It started off with a nice drinking night on friday with the OMA. The next day it was very sad to see how big the turn op was at the actual OMA day. Only a handfull of OMA showed up and had to play the OMA. The OMA on the other hand showed up with 30+ people. We still want to thank the OMA for the 2 kegs of beer we got from them! The next day all of the sudden, the turn op changed dramatically well. The second team had to play Obelix 2 and lost unfortunately due to a last minute try 29 – 34. It was good to see the progress and if everybody continues to come to practice we will eventually win matches. The first team played Tilburg/Tarantula. It was very soon clear that this would be a high scoring game and that it became. The final score was 64 – 17 but having them scoring 3 tries was something we need work on. Next week practice on tackles!

  The first team had more problems than expected with the Ducks and stuggled to get a win. Final score 11-7 in favor of MMRC 1. The second team had to travel 200 km for their first match and played a nice game, but unfortunately missed 3 players and got hammered with 86 -5. Moral of the story. Come to practice and improve your skills, stamina and teamplay!

  Iedereen die een studie of HBO volgt aan de UM of HsZuijd MOET voor 1 oktober 2011 een sportkaart hebben aangeschaft! Zo niet dan krijg je geen reductie op de contributie en 50 euro boete!

• Competitie-indeling 2e team veranderd

  Het bestuur van de NRB heeft besloten RC Eemland 3 te verplaatsen van de Vierde Klasse Zuidoost naar Vierde Klasse Midden. Dit betekent dat er zeven teams in de Vierde Klasse Zuidoost uitkomen. Deze zeven teams zullen in plaats van tweemaal, drie keer tegen elkaar spelen, om op deze manier toch tot een totaal van 18 wedstrijden per team te komen. In de Vierde Klasse Midden komen nu tien teams uit. Dit betekent dat er aanpassingen zijn in het speelschema in deze klasse. De aanpassingen kan je vinden op de site van de NRB en in onze eigen agenda!
